DESCRIPTION

The Knorr-Bremse diagnostic toolset for disc brakes includes everything required to safely and efficiently perform service and maintenance tasks on all disc brake models, including upgrades.

NEO System Diagnosis is a flexible, expandable diagnostic solution that integrates software and hardware for specific systems within commercial vehicles. The NEO Diagnosis Platform provides users with a variety of options—from accessing the fault memory to conducting fully automated fault diagnostics.

ECUtalk is a computer-based diagnostic application designed for Knorr-Bremse electronic braking systems installed in trailers. In addition to diagnosing the braking system, the application facilitates the configuration of numerous extra features of the trailer control system, enhancing the capabilities of these systems. Using this diagnostic tool, users can view and erase the fault memory, as well as perform an extensive system test. An automated End-of-Line Test that produces a final report verifies the proper installation and connectivity of the braking module.
