DESCRIPTION

T427 (WDI-2) is a diagnostic interface that can be used everywhere. It is small and can be moved around, and it is used for creating new products, making products, and in repair shops. This small tool makes it possible for the electronic control units (ECUs) in a vehicle to talk to a diagnostic program on a computer. To make this happen, the T427 is connected to the vehicle's on-board diagnostics (OBD) port, and it talks to the computer using either a wireless network or a wire.

The T427 works with every type of vehicle network and diagnostic protocol, as well as the D-PDU-API standard/PRODIS. PDU (ISO 22900-2):

• Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) on Controller Area Network (CAN).
• On-board diagnostics (OBD) on CAN and K line.
• Keyword Protocol 2000 (KWP2000) on ISO Transport Protocol (ISO-TP), TP2.0, TP1.6, and K line.
• Keyword 1281 (KW1281) on TP1.6 and K line.
• Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) J1939.
• Diagnostics over Internet Protocol (DoIP).
